Foundations are now dug on three more North Star Development homes, with completion targeted before Christmas. 2701 N 21st Street, 2645 N 21st Street, and 2642 N 20th Street are all underway, continuing Fran Sutton Homes' push to bring quality, affordable new construction to Kansas City, KS.
As with every North Star home, buyers can still weigh in on finishes while construction is in progress, and down payment assistance up to $40,000 may be available for qualifying buyers.
