Fran Sutton was born at 13th and Orville in Kansas City, Kansas. She grew up here, raised her family here, and has spent more than two decades fighting to keep homeownership within reach for the people who call Wyandotte County home.

As Owner and Broker of Gemini II Inc. Realtors, Fran brings deep market knowledge and genuine investment to every transaction. Then she went further β€” founding Fran Sutton Homes with her daughter Elizabeth Reynolds to tackle the affordable housing shortage head-on.

She started by building six homes in Turner.
